What these benchmarks give the system
Kosztorys self-audit
When the system reprices a new kosztorys, it runs its predictions against these 5 sites as a validation set. A discrepancy of more than 12% on a comparable line item sends that item to «needs you».
Hints for low-voltage calculations
Cerbex PWP, UPS, voice evacuation (DSO), CCTV attach to the benchmarks via the site's attributes. The system knows 250A is for a business centre, 160A for a warehouse.
Margin calibration
These projects define your signature — your markup norms, work density and go-to suppliers.
The more benchmarks, the more accurately the system predicts. Right now there are 5, which is enough for biurowce (offices) and shops. For medical centres and zabytkowe (heritage) refurbishments you need another 1–2 benchmarks in each category. We recommend reaching 10–15 by year end.
